I've not yet seen a post for this, and I've recently had Akismet pick up quite a few non-drug/adult related spam links in the form of comment posts.
Use this thread to list non adult/drug related sites that have spammed your blog.
Heres my list (so far): (NB: I've removed the www. and http:// so they dont get an incoming link)

everydaymarketingideas.com
hosting.creditloanworld.com
computers.studentloancentre.com
I'll update this list as more come in.
I'm not sure if its the owners of those sites spamming, or if they paid for a advertising service.
