I have a nice brandable 6 letter .com. It starts with "pop" and is followed by two vowels and a consonant, so it's of the format popvcv.com. The name is parked, and the site is not blocked. So far so good. However, if I try to search the word in Google, then it reports no results. However, dogpile gives a few pages. It looks as if the name was used by a Brazilian porn star several years ago.

So what can I do to give the name some value? The only thing I can think of is to put a mini-site on the name, and try to get Google to list it. The problem with that is that the name doesn't lend itself to any particular product.

though mini-sites conventionally promote a single or particular product, they can also hold general information, like blog sites do. put up related information on the mini site and it might work. but i'm not sure.

I've discovered that there is a tenuous link to pension sales, so I might try to promote that. It's a bit of a weak link, but the market is probably good if I can establish the relationship.
