discuss Blockchain.ventures sold for $42,000. There is more to crypto coming

With the recent sale of Blockchain.ventures for $42,000, I believe there is a lot more to crypto currency and blockchain coming in the next few years and the related domain names would be rather more valuable.

Your thoughts on this?

Do you see blockchain/crypto domain names valued highly in the next 3-4 years?

So my thinking is, if you have good keyword combination, be it in new gTLDs (word1.world) or .com and .org mostly, do not let it go cheaply.

Keywords: crypto, block, bit, blockchain, btc, eth, bitcoin, coin, vr, virtual AND relevant gTLD
or
some relevant combination of keywords in .com or .org and some major ccTLDs

People cosider 42k for above domain as "nice sale", but in 4 years maybe it will be one of those smaller sales
