BiG .US domain is still free

I dont know what to do....

I spotted a free .us domain with (possible) TM.
The big company already registered a name like this, it's really amazing that thet didn't regged this one..

It's a big one...

40000 OVT w/o en google results whole word -> 342.000 and seperate -> 44.900.000

What should you do? Sell this tip, reg it?
