Everybody knows that motorsports is the newest and fastest form of advertising around in the United States and across the globe.
My name is William "TEX" Perry and I am the owner / driver for the MHM Racing Team. We compete locally at the Ona Speedway in Ona, WV, and have done so for the past two racing seasons. I've had great plans to compete in the 2008 season but unfortunately some recent family issues have kept me from this. BUT.... We are still currently seeking sponsorship support to assist in basic racing operations throughout the 2008 racing season.
For the past two seasons I have competed in the U-car division, which is an inexpensive entry level division at Ona Speedway and in our first two seasons we finished 8th (rookie season) and 2nd (sophomore season) respectively. I am currently in the process of moving up to the "Classic" division which is a big step for me coming from a four cylinder, front wheel drive, street car to an open wheel, fiberglass bodied '34 Ford, GM metric chassis, rear wheel drive racer. This division has been truly embraced by the local racing community as one of the most competitive divisions in local racing.
The 2008 season will be out third venture at Ona Speedway and our team still has high hopes of turning our first season in the Classics into a successful one on and off the track. Sponsorship has many benefits to the business owners in terms of exposure, name recognition, promotional opportunites, and race fan brand loyalty to the products and services that support their beloved sport. All funds donated to MHM go towards repair of the car, replacement of worn out parts and maintainence, transportation to and from the track, and general costs associated with racing( Fuel, tires, etc.). I Truly hope we can be in contact and can stike up a proposal that will fit your advertising needs and budget and help MHM put on track the best possible equipment that we can get.
