The uptime reports are on the site, these days 98% uptime is considered bad for a webhost, for this month so far I have 99.5% and I think that is extreamly bad! but its only for the month so far so it should build upto 99.7 or .8 by the end of the month.

98% isn't actually anything special. Its kinda low if you ask me. Most companies should be able to provide at least 98% uptime. Of course companies with more experienced workers will be able to exceed this no problem.
