Best Virtual Hosting?

I need to purchase a virtual host because I have a special piece of Windows software I need run on it. Does anyone know which is the best host for virtual hosting? They have to have Windows and I would prefer if they offered MySQL also (which not all appear to have). This host will also host a semi-popular website.

I have found one called Nexus Technologies which appears to be good, but they don't seem to be making any top 10 lists. I have also seen Anywherehost.

Thank for your advice.

What peice of software do you need to run?

I think most Windows hosts offer MySQL to their plans.

It is just a small map communication server for a game.

As for the MySQL, not all hosts offer it.

I am surprised that you found that most hosts do not have MySql because most hosts I see always offer that but anyway it is hard to find a Windows host these days and a good one but try looking around at WebHostingTalk.

That piece of software requires a Windows platform to work?

Yes, it is windows only. You can read more about it here.

It is so difficult to find a host for this. All I want to do is host that one program and a web site, but I don't think spending $60 per month for a VPS would be worthwhile =[

You're asking for an area of hosting not as widely covered as Linux, for instance,so it will be a little more difficult to find. As for your current choice, have you looked them up on the forums such as WHT? Those hosting top10 lists don't necessarily mean anything since most require companies to pay to be listed. I'm assuming that you mean these lists in your comments, of course.

I am reading lots of topics on the Virtual Private Server forum, but most of them are for 200GB+ Bandwidth and 20,000MB of space, etc. I don't need that much and a lot of it would go to waste for $60+ a month.

Can anyone link to some good tutorials and articals on managing and setting up a VPS server? I have never done that sort of thing, I have mostly dealt with only web design and programming.

*Added*

It looks like I have finally found a company that does everything I want for the price I want. The only issue is they are new, so I am hesitant =[
