Best type of domains to quick flip or make parking income from

Hello all. I was looking to get back into domaining as I didn't really stay too long but I enjoyed it. But I just have a small question - what are the best domains I can quickly sell or to park them and make some decent parking income from? Aged domains? Domains with traffic/PR/backlinks? Fill me in.

One answer the more generic the better, single word product, or dictionary terms most likely in the .com extension.

Domains with a clear use result in targeted traffic. Targeted traffic results in getting clicks. In general product/service related domains do better for revenue than informational terms.
