Best time to drop?

I'm tasting a few domains. Is it right to let them drop after 24 hours without any hit ? Or should I wait more?

Wait the full 4 days. I'm surprised any company is offering a free tasting service unless they recoup their money from other sources. ICANN takes 22 cents each time you taste and drop.
