So I have usually just stuck with GoDaddy, in my opinion seems to be the most trusted of them all, but I know there are numerous other places to register domains at. Where do you like to register your domain names?

Is register.com a good site to use? They are running a promotion that your first domain is .99 cents for new customers.

Godaddy is, in my opinion, the easiest one and most known by the majority of end-users, which makes sales and push more convenient.

I'd have to go with GoDaddy.

Try to check their renewal price and TOS for transfer before trying to get such offer.

No, I would not recommend register.com. You can get that same price using a GoDaddy discount code. Shuffle through the "GoDaddy Discount Code" thread.

Ok, so its seems that GoDaddy is the one to stick with. Thank you for the answers!

GoDaddy is still #1 due to all their coupon codes to save money.

NameSilo is also good, gives you free WHOIS protection and their prices are low, without needing a coupon.

Free WhoIs is nice though!

I use to love NameCheap! Actually don't know why I don't use it anymore. After my domains expired I guess I never went back.

I strongly Advise

You stay away from register.com Everything starts out nice, until you want to transfer a domain. It can take weeks! You cannot ever talk to them without a 30 minute minimum wait. Steer clear or you will regret it. The money saved will equal a lot of time lost on hold trying to transfer the name. They won't just send you the password to transfer the name. They make you wait 5 days minimum, they think you might change your mind. I wont even get into the daily phone calls to try to sell you stuff..

Register.com is old school. Them and NetSol.com. Most of the super premium domains were at either of them until MarkMonitor came along.

I've never tried Moniker, but I have heard good things.
I use Moniker too. try it!
By the way Moniker is connected with domain market Snapnames. Having a Moniker account, you can bind it with the account of Snapnames.

Oh that's good to know! Thank You. I will look at registering my next domain there.

I use Moniker and Dynadot for many years. So far so good. Even I registered some domains elsewhere occasionally for promotional prices, I transferred them to Moniker after 60 days.

Moniker seems to be a very popular choice.

I'll go with GoDaddy for registrations, because of the coupons, but all my domains end up at Namecheap sooner or later.
