Starting to become a regular thing offers in this region. In the past i would be very tempted if not flip straight away but I cant sell for this price when others are selling for high $xx,xxx - low $xxx,xxx

If you are tempted then consider taking a mid xx,xxx offer. Also you may need to get a broker with crypto leads to maximize the sale.

No problem. But you may need to sit on it as these kinds of sales may not happen every week or a month and only a few times a year. Also, consider that this is my view and others will consider it optimistic. I just know guys who have made monster sales in this niche and all believe it will only get better.

In my view, your holding an asset that is being increasingly scarce. But we don't know much how the industry will unravel and how much the leverage can blow it up (and/or down...).

But good luck with it!
