Best CMS for Template management site?

Hello,


I have a nice domain that I wanted to develop into a free template site, like www.oswd.org http://www.templateworld.com/free_templates.html and such, What I basically need on a page is small image preview, and
Date Added:
Views:
Size:
W3C:
CSS:
Tableless Design:
In Action:
Download:

and basic stuff like you would normally see where you download templates, but I also need to add templates an easy way, a admin panel if possible would be best.

So is there anything that you guys would recommend, I dont mind if its commercial I will buy it, or if its free, id get the better one of.

So please post if you have any suggestions.

Well thanks for the drupal part, but needs to many mods to make it work. I found a really nice one, simple but nice, there is an admin panel with it, and with submitted templates all you do is generate a 1 line of php code and place it on a page, and it updates when new ones are submitted, I already have inod doing doing an integration with a nice template I found, because low on cash to get one coded that I design.
