Best/cheapest sites to host???

I have many parked pages and I would like to develop a few of them. I currently have my own website with web.com...but that is 9.95 per month. I am looking for any easy way to host my sites that is cheap and simple to create like how web.com is...but cheaper than them. Can anyone recommend any sites for this???
p.s. Also, I have a few "adult" themed names too that I would like to develop into "adult" sites with extensive video hosting...does anyone know of any web hosts that might host my domain names as adult sites too????
