Looking for development help

I have a few names that could make decent sites but dont have the time to develop them.

Two to start with

digitalprintrates.com - could be a site similar to printrates.com

softwaremirrors.com - could host mirrors or a mirror directory?

Anyway im looking for someone that would like to help develop these. There would be a revenue share depending on your qualifications. Up to 80% you 20% me.
