Top host script?

I have been looking for a top host list script for a long time. I need one to get my site http://hostinglister.com to be better. I have seen one somewere that was $99 well that is not bad but I can't find it any help? Also I would really like a free one because I really can't afford to buy one. I have seen sites that have them have any ideas? I really need this script thanks!

See I have tried them and can't find one. I wan't one kind of like http://tophost.com Someone told me they have it but they want $350 for it. I need one that is very nice and not just a link directory. Can anyone help me find one? I really need this and maybe I would pay someone to make it for me.

Well I know you can find scripts like the one you want but you have to pay. Might be quite a challange to find one that is freeware.

I got script for my site WebHostRank site for free from http://scripts.dbmasters.net/. Its a nice script that enables one to create different categories, where hosts can submit their company profile.
