I don't think that even $200k is ridiculous, 'being' is taken in 139 tlds and it has 72,000 exact searches. On top of that it's a 5 letter, one word, extremely brandable domain. Compare that with recent sales like rides.com and you will see that $100k is closer to bargain than it is to ridiculous.(rides is taken in 101 tlds and has 18,100 exact searches)

Great name without question but the last thing you want to do is Develop or brand ANY type of page of this caliper.
A blank page with a clean slate is easier for any company to brand from the start rather having to "Re-Brand" a existing topic/subject.
Call/email/write every possible lead you come across with a auction date and you'll see xxx,xxx

It's a great name, of course, but I think you'll be lucky if you see 6 figures for it. I would guess low to mid XX,XXX to resellers. Any higher would require an end user - maybe Deepak Chopra or Tony Robbins types. I don't know why housing.com was brought up here. Aside from being one word ending in -ing, they have little in common.

But you never know what can happen at Flippa.

I would not recommend Flippa for this one unless if you want to sell for 5-figures which is not a realistic end-user price. You can always have a reserve on it though.

I don't see what others are saying. "Being" is a common word, but the "I can see this as a seven-figure domain" perplexes me. Its usage isn't anywhere close to par with a category-killer, and WellBeing.com looks better to me, in a way. Reseller: About $5,000 Enduser: Maybe $30,000 or so.
