Generic, but too generic?

Would love to hear some thoughts.

The words are cool, but plural form ruins it unfortunately. Perfect example, when one small letter hummers price down hundred times. Still probably could be sold, but ufff...hard.

Might hit by someone who dreams about owning the plural but doesn't have the budget. I'd hold for a passive sale.

Another advice here is to watch occasionally if some end user buys PieShop.com and starts building his business on it, then you can offer your domain to him. For mid $$$ (pretty much what you are selling now) if they are a mid to large company they could easily buy it for convenience of their customers and SEO (redirect, obviously).
