Not such high search volumes (you did select "Exact" as the match type, right?) and low competition (as in Adwords). Some of the related keywords are medium competition. The intent here is probably free templates, although maybe you could try having a shop with cheap templates. Personally, I would run a blog and offer some free templates, guides for making your own, benefits of meeting minutes, benefits of templates, and similar kind of stuff for all the related keywords as well as the main ones, but also have a shop offering "premium" ones (but not at too high a price). I'd run some tests to determine what generates the most revenue (the shop or adverts) and push according to that.

As an undeveloped domain, I'd say low to mid $xx.

meeting templates are used for businesses and there should be an end user who will pay a lot for this name no ?

no I have not parked it but it has a 1000 exact searches, so there should be some kind of revenue possibility

the one i have is without an s and has many more exact searches than this one,
if you google meeting templates as well you will get many results,
im sure this domain can have value to an end user
