Been offered a CVCV.com

Hey Guys,
Someone has propositioned me to by a CVCV.com from them, I think I am going to do it, but first i want to see what my fellow namepro members have to say.
I am a small time guy, that plays with domains for fun, so this would be my biggest domain investment, but one that I think is worth it.
It is only a single premium CVCV, but does not have XZYQ. Domain is probably comparable to wujo.com or vugi.com
The domain is very pronounceable, and I have been offered it for $1,000.
So if I was to turn around and sell it the next day, my profit margin probably wouldn't be very great, but it would be a great investment domain, one that in a year may be worth 5 to 10 times that price.
He has offed to use escrow, so he is reputable.
Should I pull the trigger and make my first investment grade purchase?
I am thinking I will unless anyone has an opinion on this

dunno, if you shop around you can pick up a better cvcv than the one you describe, or in fact a couple of very tasty llll.com different format for that dough

buyer's market so don't rush in is my advice

for $1000 you should probably shop around first. Also remember, just because it's pronounceable to you doesn't mean it is to the next guy.

something like vugi.com for $1k would be a good deal, I'd buy it.
But of course it depends on the exact letters.
I'd avoid 'J' in cvcv's
