Be careful of registrar Directi/website.in/resellerclub.com

I registered many .in and co.in domains with this company and was recently shocked to realize I lost some of my domains which expired and were deleted without sufficient warning !
Unlike other registrars - this company aparently does not bother to send customers multiple reminders (or at least I have not received such reminders) for expiring domains. Then one day I get DELETION notices with a note that I may pay redemption fee of $80 per domain instead of $8 normal payment for renewal.
I hate their practice and would stay way from this registrar if they dont change their practice !

I wonder if other people had same experience.

I usually get several reminders (but they are .com/.net/.org/.info only) or even if it's "expired" they keep it for 30 days before officially deleting it and asking for a redemption fee. I'm surprised you weren't notified ahead of time, make sure your email is working correctly?

Yes, as PolurNET said, they usualy send several notices which are also forwared onto the reseller (if any).
