Thank you for the appraisal kevmacmeh. And thanks to you, zinko, too. As you have pointed out, I have mentioned both here on Namepros and DNF that I have already had a solid offer of $73,600. I was looking for "serious offers" and that's why I posted here.

The bids for $10 and $15 are funny. Those generous offers wouldn't go far: a meal for two in a half-decent restaurant where I live in London costs way more than $100. A four character .com which has 12,600 references to it in Google alone is worth slightly more than $10 LOL

but when i do a search on google i get:

you got the 13,000 figure from "containing the term" which means that somewhere on the page the term azam.com appears, not a link to the site.

As I dug through many of these pages I found them to be forums or blog comments where you mentioned your site. Others are email list of email addresses and some are for the site "www.dr-umar-azam.com". A great majority of the sites are Islamic and in the Islamic language so I have no clue what they are about.

Google only displays 210 or so of the 12,800 listings.

So in my humble opinion if your 'url' is getting an offer of $73,000 then I would take it, other than that the other offers for the domain to me do not seem 'silly'.

The URL has been continuously registered since 1996 so you must like it, however that does not mean a big sale figure.

if i were you, id take the 73 thousand. Just think how many great names you could buy with that whilst putting aside some money for yourself. These offers come along once in a blue moon so i'd definetly take it. Let us know how you get on!
