I don't get it. "Naturalization" received only 7,676 searches last month, and "Naturalization Lawyer" only received 71, according to OVT. So why the big interest in this domain?
Just take a look at the bidders. Vaxis and Hiphop are old rivals. Hiphop beat out Vaxis for AccidentAttorney.com ($30,100) a while back. And both of these guys recently squared off over insuranceattorney.com and insuranceattorneys.com, with each winning one. And I hear that saggydimes is major player as well. So something big should happen this Saturday when all of these players go at it.
Who here among us has been beaten before by one or more of these guys?
So why are they interested in this particular domain? It can't be just because it is a law domain. I own SocialSecurityAttorney.com which, in my opinion, is worth a lot more than NaturalizationLawyer.com. Its OVT is higher and social security is a money making industry all to itself. An attorney could run an entire law practice from this domain alone. But no one has offered me a dime for it.
There is something about a drop that must bring out the primal competitive savagery in all of us. Extended bidding also helps. eBay shoudl take a lesson from this.
I admit, I would like to have NaturalizationLawyer.com because I am a lawyer and have handled immigration issues before. Hiphop is a Florida lawyer, so he might have some use for it too. But I don't know about the rest of the bidders and why they would want this domain.
Can some of you post the domains that you have been outbid on by some of the bidders listed below?
On a closing note, anyone here want to admit that s/he gets carried away in drop bidding?
