That's entirely up to you. I could tell you what I would do, but my priorities and needs are completely different from yours. Still, what I think...
1-.us domains are for long holds (or development). If you sell now, you are unlikely to get a great price, so this is as good as it gets.
2- I see .us domains with search numbers that are 10 times higher than these dropping rather often.
3- I think a .us domain should be build on a keyword where people will care whether the product, service or activity is US based. I don't see that in either of these.
If you will develop them, keep them.
If you want to sit on these for years hoping for .us to take off, and pay the renewal fees, sell them and use the money to buy better .us domains that you can sit on.
Take the cash, and build upwards. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with 1000 mediocre names (and renewal fees) waiting for that dream deal and slowly going broke.
