Ask a client if interested about my domain?

Hello all,

Say for example that I own shop-france.com and that I wish to ask the owner of the website shop-paris.com if he is interested in buying my domain.

I intend to send an email, but I don't really know what to say?

Any notice would be greatly appreciated.
