I recently sold a domain ArkX?X?X.com for $1,400, and since I discovered there are dozens of other ArkXXXXX.com domains available to hand reg similar if not better than the domain I sold. I'm looking at a list of a hundred domains that match up pretty well with the word "Ark" similar to "Ark Marine" that's available to hand reg for $8.50.
My question is, does it make sense to carve out an "Ark Niche" where you spend a few hundred dollars for maybe 25 domains to target market to industries like the marine/boating industry.
As an fyi, most of the domains I'm looking at have "average" appraisals of $1,400 at GD, $5,000 at Nameworth, $2,100 at FreeValuator and "0" dollars at worthless Estibot/Epik
