Argh! I hate that default "request a read receipt" popup

i beg of you to remove it...

1. many times i forget about it and walk off to come back to see my message not sent

2. why does it default to request a read receipt not vice versa?

3. why does it irritate me so much!!!

PLEASE consider changing this!

I hate that too, and I never use it, just as I would imagine most people don't use it. If I need to use it I would prefer a check box over that pop-up.

Ya, I think a lot of people would prefer this, but because it is actually part of vBulletin, it is probably pretty hard to change.

Also, it should be automatic that the status reads "Confirmed" instead of waiting for the receipient to read the PM. Most of the time, they don't even click the "Confirm" button, so it should be done automatically by default, so PM Tracking would actually be useful

I would also have to say i hate that popup that always comes up when i try to send a message its always annoying..

Cant it be a checkbox where we check the box if we want to get a read receipt because the popup is very annoying..

By request, this vBulletin feature has been moved to a non-annoying checkbox that can be clicked prior to clicking the send button. For anyone who wants the receipt option always enabled, you can turn this on permanently in your UserCP->User Options panel.
