Are .US domains still worth it?

I'm thinking about buying some .US domains. Are they still worth it?

If they include a wordplay. E.g. join.us , stop.us, control.us

Much more experienced domainers than me will tell you to stay in the .com extension. It might be harder to find buyers for .us.

It depends on what you want to sell the domain for. If you are looking for a quick flip and the price is reasonable then yes, they are still worth it IMO
