Is it worth buying GEO.cc (US city)

I am getting a <US city name>.cc domain....is it worth buying? The city is a big one....not too big though....shall I buy it?

It depends on the size, and popularity of the city. Keywords need to be very strong in .CC to have any value.

Chicago.cc - Yes
Charleston.cc - Maybe
Hoboken.cc - No

The exact keyword search for that name is around 100K per month on Google. and it's bigger than Charleston but smaller than Chicago.

Wondering. I'm thinking about a geo.cc but I don't want to waste my time. It will likely be parked for about 2 years.
