I have noticed that, Now registry's are misusing their rights.
Yes, They could hold or suspend a domain, If its really involved in Spamming.

I have a domain Br/us/s/e/ls.H/o/st, Which is an empty domain(without any content) just forwarding to Afternic Sales Lander. Just got a mail from RadixRegistry that they are suspending the domain.

My Opinion: These Ngtld registries are trying to misuse their rights to grab the domain back. What we are supposed to do??

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks for your time.

I Registered this domain 1 month back in Namecheap and its pointed to Afternic Sales Lander.

Now They suspended it, Claiming that it was involved in spamming activities.

It seems, Forwarding the domain to a afternic sales lander is a Spamming activity.

Ok I see but I don't see it pointing anywhere and it looks like you still own it correct? I don't see how forwarding it to a sales lander would be spam, did you stop it from forwarding?

what is nameserver.io?
namecheap's nameservers are different as well as afternic's

did you use that nameserver to redirect to afternic? have you checked if that nameserver is on a spam list?

Yesterday, I have changed nameservers to AN.1.NAMESERVER.IO, AN.2.NAMESERVER.IO.

I thought, its a bypass to Afternic Sales lander. Are you sure, is it just because of those nameservers??

No, I'm not sure. All I'm saying is that they have a reason they suspended your domain and -from what you have said- considering that you haven't been involved in spam activities, the only thing I can think of is the nameservers

If they won't let you access the domain tell them you want to move it because you don't think it's spam. I don't use them personally but I'd transfer out and do what you want and not put up with the BS. It's still yours...

I'm taking you at your word therefore no spam then no foul... This looks like a namecheap issue and not the registry from what you've said.

I sent the email to the registry. Waiting for their reply.

I just want to safeguard other domains...I have more than 800 domains in Namecheap with the same nameserver

Ouch! 800 domains on a nameserver that you know nothing about?
What if the person / company that owns those namerservers sell part of your traffic to third parties without your knowledge?

I think I need to read that thread you linked earlier on
