Hi all.
I just was reading a topic here while the members advising someone to delete his domain cuz it is TM.

So, would you please tell me if these domains are TM?

androidaid.com
harvardonlinedegree.com
lineless.net
pagerankhome.com

thank you

they have no real value, so holding them is costly either way.

The first two yes the third I haven't looked into, the fourth doubtful.

The first two are major problems because they have a double kick to them. Android has google and star wars to get upset. The Harvard one also "degree" in the domain. This underlines that you mean the college when you regged them.

It's possible "android" could be seen as ambiguous or just general meaning (possible, but doubtful). Harvard is a definite no-no. Not sure about "lineless"- I'm sure it's been used, just not sure to what level it would fall under generic, all-encompassing tm law.
And I am positive Google would have a lot to say about "Page Rank"..
So, yeah, they are pretty much all drops, save for maybe the Android, and lineless, but not sure where you'd go with either of those, besides the obvious android phone OS.
