I am opening up a new arcade/media website tommorow or monday, and im looking to get some link exchanges going before then.

Not much traffic yet, it hasnt been released to the public yet, its getting about 10-15 uniques a day, expecting it to go up to 100-200 in a few weeks, after i start getting it out there.

Im looking for other sites which get good traffic or have good PR. No illegal, adult, warez, etc sites allowed.

I got an email asking me to link back using http://www.hatetime.com/ so it can count the unique hits i send. But how can you count it from direct link to your website???

I don't want to speak for killalown, but I own the same script, and there is a mod that allows the unique hits to be counted by the referring url. I have it implemented on my site, and assumes he does as well. Anyways, I am going to add my link now
