The links on the Top Links section of the site which is sitewide is determined by how much traffic is sent for the current day. In other words if you send me 100 hits today from your site you will be #1 on the Top Links section today, however if you don't send me any hits tomorrow you will not be on the list. However, you will always be on http://www.arcadeplus.net/index.php?action=links
