Good idea! I would develop it into a Rooney fan site maybe? Rooney is the "next big thing" so i am sure his buzz will last for a fair while longer. Traffic is probable if promoted correctly. Very clever use of the domain.

Currently: mid xx maybe ~40-60$ However i urge you to develop.
