negotiable 16 Year Old Domain- Huge Potential

I am looking for offers on my 16 year old domain ALLCON.net

The domain has fantastic potential. I have built a website on it to demonstrate one possibility.

Also there are a few other website ideas I have had for this domain also:

Dallas All-Con 2011 || March 18, 19, 20 - all con is a science convension in texas, could sell the domain to them, or build a site rivalling that. This one is PR5 by the way.

All Conference - A affiliate site with conference software/information/reviews

All Connections - A job site/ A wire/cable selling website.

All Concerts - A concert ticket selling site.

All consoles - keep the site I have built and develop it.

With the domain being as old as it is, it has massive potential in the search engines. Older domains are trusted by search engines and therefore ranked higher for their keywords. All it needs is a little promotion.

For the right price I am willing to submit the site to 2000-3000 Directories for the new owner as soon as the site is built to help with marketing. I do want to see its potential developed.
