What would you appraise this for: ClothingHaul.com ...Which I think is pretty catchy and could be used for anything from a blog to a business or online store?

I agree, the first five pages of a Google search for "Clothing Haul" are well populated. Easy $5000 undeveloped. Developed, well pick your number based on vision and effort.

Thanks. So I assume you are thinking the $5k would be if I tried and researched to find a buyer that was interested? If I just listed it at auction, do you think it would be around $5k still?

You would have to put on your Brokers hat unless you got lucky todaygold. I would dress up a simple Flat 2.0 template to visualize the concept to your targets. To be honest I, personally, would take $2000 for that one, a grand a word is sweet. there are tons of two word nuggets left in the mine, tones.
I had monetisedomains.com listed at auction for two years at Slowdaddy and finally got rid of it $175 pfft that was my Auction Test. Auctions are for the real life 'Category Killers', listing anything else is a waste of time.
