Was looking to develop a sitebut a friend said I might want to sell this domain name. Is it worth anything?

Sorry, but I can't see any value in it as it stands (i.e. $0). It kind of doesn't make sense (two separate phrases together), there are no exact match searches (just for "how to fix" and "house repair", but even those are low). Sure, if you develop it, you might be able to flip it as a site, but I wouldn't go investing too much time or money, mate.
