Unless you have a enduser I would say regfee for the most of the domains listed, sorry, this is my opinion anyway, as their also specific to one country and so on, that offcourse lowers the value, and not to mention that there mostly .info/.net .

So, I would say that the .net can be worth regfee, and same with the info's as their very cheap to buy. IMO .net & .info dosent fit this type of site well.
