Hello everyone. This is my first attempt as selling a site. I have high traffic and lots of hits in a niche market, but my site is not focused on earning money. I do earn about 1K a month from Adsense, though. I am looking to sell and unsure as to what it is really worth. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
