domain Appraisal for 2 domains

To me, playedall.com, seems like the domain that is more likely to be a good one once developed, thinking game reviews or similiar, yet its valued lower.. Well anyways, appreciate any kind of pointers.

I fully understand that the estibot figures cant be trusted, however it would be nice to know if they have any kind of value.
