Could you give me an appraisal for the domains in the topic? Both have good search volumes.. Especially ApartmentRent 670,000 in US and NewApartment 300,000 in the US.. I am interested in its reseller value and end user potential.

Hello. In Google adwords, exact searches for those terms are lower than posted. I would say reg fee to low $$ for both. newapartment can possibly be worth something to an end user as us domains are picking up momentum. Maybe to a developer of new apartments. Maybe high $$ but who knows if you find the right buyer. Good luck
