Cadets(.)us is listed up at Afternic with a low opening bid and reasonable end user BIN. The official Afternic appraisal is much higher - here is the link:
I have had other names appraised there and the results often surprise me - in both directions. For instance, to me Dances(.)us has a lot of potential as a developed site yet their rating of the name is lower than cadets (and cadets is much higher than I expected). Here is the link to Dances:
What do you think about the end user pricing for these two names, and the validity of Afternic and other paid appraisals? Does anyone have selling history of their names vs. their appraisals from Afternic, Sedo, etc.? Sorry if this last paragraph is a bit off the pure appraisal request for the two names but I think it might help put things in perspective.
