Anything.com Gets Hits With UDRP on Bagley.com

Anything.com which has owned and still owns some great domain names just got his with a UDRP on the domain name Bagley.com

According to UDRPsearch.com this is the 7th UDRP filed against Anything.com which won all but one of the UDRP’s

Anything has won UDRP’s on the following domain names; Quebec.com, VZ.com, KIS.com, EZstreet.com; itt.net and norsk.com and lost one on the domain name Flamingo.com.

The UDRP was filed by Bagley Argentina S.A. which uses the domain name Bagley.com.ar for it’s website.

The company also has a US federal trademark since 1984 for “Crackers, Cookies, Wafers and Bakery Good”

How did someone manage to get flamingo.com from them? That name is as generic as it gets!
