Anyone tried eurodns?

Hi all
I'm a newbie.
I had bought a domain name which registrar is eurodns. The buyer pushed to domain to me. Now I want to transfer it to my dynadot account. But I couldn't unlock it from eurodns. I had tried many times, every time, it said pending unlock, but after five minutes, it still becomes locked.
I had emailed to their support, but never got any response.
I can't get auth code from hostordomain.com too.
I can't unlock my domain name from manage.snapnames.com
Is it strict to transfer domain name away?

I don't have an account there, but from the EuroDNS discussion here, it seems they don't have good customer service.
It seems an EuroDNS staff is a member here.

Thanks for the info xrvel, I have some domains at EuroDNS and I'd hate to have problems with the site. :S

I had a very frustrating experience with Eurodns as a domain registrar. Their customer service is terrible. I requested the auth code for my domain multiple times so I could transfer it, but they simply refused to provide it. Each time I contacted support, I either received no response or vague replies that didn’t resolve the issue. A registrar should make it easy for customers to manage and transfer their domains, but Eurodns does the exact opposite. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value reliable service and control over your own domain.
