EuroDNS is one of the examples you should avoid:

Once registered you have the choice: Buy a seperate hosting package OR change name server to your existing hosting company.
A nameserver change costs 98 EUR !!! I feel cheated by EuroDNS, as with any other hoster I know name server changes are free (Joker, domainfactory, 1&1 and many more).
--> It seems they trick you to get your money.
Its a very short-term perspective, as the next domain for sure will not be registered with EuroDNS.
