From lookin at my network it seems anything with a blog it likes, pa and da match moz rank almost, but it needs to be lots of content on blog.
If you have a minor blog you rarely update then moz rank is okay that shows relevant links I guess and then pa and da slips
I dont see it being worth anything in domain values, the reason is it valuates content and links
Domains are sold without its content, if you want the content that gets moz you are not buying a domain so it has no value to a domain name but if you buy content and websites then it may have valvue
Some big sites have moz score under 7 yet pa and da almost 100
Example news sites
So moz scores are not showing well often if a site has great pa n da
Yet sime sites with 5 n 6 moz scores have low pa n da
It seems if you dont have internal links on a page that hurts pa
Da is tied to moz rank and trust so a page might have no back links and no internal and the pa stinks but da is on the sites value overall
I can an seo guy thinking it has value to use to see if your work is ok
But it has no value imo in domain name evaluation
It is all based on content, so if you try to say it has value in a domain name value it does't it valuates content so that means you are buying content with a domain if you value moz so its a website value not a domain name value
Its funny to see moz scores of 6 on sites that had no pr from years ago
It shows how moz and google are miles apart even though they used to claim it was close
Pr meant nothing years ago you could make a pr0 number 1 on google
Just like 5 years ago you could put a blank page on top of google if you had a powerful network to pop the url

Moz says that shouldnt happen
