Anyone else tried/had problems with 247-host.com?

I signed up with a reseller account through them and thought their hosting packages were pretty good with lots of tools. They claim 99.9% uptime too.
All of my sites have been down all day and they tell me it will be 2-3 days while they figure out what the problem is. I can't even FTP in right now.
I've dealt with lots of other web hosts over the years and saying it will take 2-3 days to figure out a problem is pretty much a kiss of death and very unprofessional. Has anyone else tried these guys? Am i just having some bad luck here or is this company's service down a lot?
I'm pretty ticked about it. If I had been with them for a couple years and just now had my 1st downtime, that would be one thing. But I've only been using them for about a month after reading some good recommendations about them somewhere (perhaps even here).

I simply have not enough time to post in detail about their crap service, both reseller and shared hosting.

Starting with them good prices and webspace offer, immediate pre-sales answers and support upgrading later my packages, but once paid for a whole year no response and frequent downtimes, particularly from midnight CST to dawn when I guess they believe site owners are not around.

and so on... as I said, I could write a bible about bad experiences there

thanks, Chronos. I googled them and they are bad news through and through, apparently. I would advise others to stay away.
I signed up for polurnet after reading a lot of good comments about them. So far, so good.

I have been with 247-Host.com for 2 years now. No problems at all. I couldn't have found a better host! They got the best prices. I used FTP based account with them with no problems. At first I was a bit hesitatant becuase their prices are so low, but hafter trying them, I was suprised. I would highly recommend them.
