Working through a registrar, i signed a contract to sell a domain to a Chinese buyer about 5 weeks ago.
Now I'm being told new policies about buying foreign assets are causing delays at the banks. There was also their week-long national holiday Oct 1-7, so let's say it has "only" been 4 weeks.
Is anyone else seeing these kind of delays in payments from China? I still own the domain, and it's an ICANN accredited registrar, so i'm curious if this is a new problem. Didn't see any other posts about it, so maybe it's normal?
