I can sell or I can develop them both options are available

I am going to put up a cover page for all 3 and let them grow.

    LIPS3D is an example

For guess3d I am going to make a trivial pursuit type of site where you ask a question and they must
GUESS the answer For Hooters that can be obvious no orange girls with short shorts and breasts with an owl,,,

Anyone who has a 3d.com go to wix.com and get it on the web make it look like its coming soon

hear is another one I did

www.feartv3D.com 3D Movies Games and More get ready to be scared.

You can take every word and say oh its for this or for that,
Sting.com must be the singer or The Movie or a Bee Sting or a forget it
I would make it about Police Undercover Activities.
Bottom line if a domain is for sale and you buy it you own it,
If your not putting up a billboard saying oh I have Pespi3d.com for sale and you must pay me to get it
    Your doing nothing wrong,

You can own any domain as long as you are not infringing on a company TM
I own www.airforce3d.com that will be a 3d game about airplanes unless someone makes me sell it to them,

Most of the domains I own will be real sites be myself or by another company.

You know, this technology is only as good as the glasses you use to watch them with. I have a feeling that glasses will become very fashionable and in more demand than the tv's themselves. In the lifetime of the Tv the owners could wear out or break these glasses 3 or 4 times. Which is why I picked up these ones

    anaglyph glasses .co.uk
    3d anaglyph glasses.com
    3d monitor glasses.com

The internet in just a few years will have 2d and 3d websites
Companies are going to have both.

    McDonald's USA and www.mcdonalds3d.com

    Both choices will be available.

Because of Avatar and more upcoming movies, there will be a rush of 3D products. Contrary to most opinions here, though, unless therre is an ingenious way to deal with wearing 3D glasses, all things 3D will not stay commonplace for long. However, that may not render 3D doamins obsolete, as new technology may still be called 3D, especially as it begins to merge with holographics. If you're thinking of the future, think beyond what we call 3D today.

3D domains have to be one of the most overhyped things in the last year.

Just because you add some random word with 3D does not make a great domain name.

Not entirely true. You can not park it with ads about pepsi.
You can not develop it out with content related to pepsi.
You can put it up for sale, but if the new owner uses it for illegal purposes, they can come after you too.
And more importantly, no matter what you are doing with it, they can take action against you simply because it contains their Tm term. If they win a UDRP or not is another matter, but the potential legal hassle makes these type of domains worthless to anyone but cybersquatters.

    I agree
But the term is Pepsi3D last I checked there are no 3d trademarked domains.
I don't own pepsi3d it was just an example

I would imagine they could go after Go Daddy also they sold it to me
If I owned it of course

    Wrong Brad
These websites will be shown on 3D laptops and 3D televisons
How can you show a 2d website on a 3d setup?
    To confusing
Go look at a 3d web designer these apps are great

While I think 3d names are probably a good investment.. I tend to focus on 'wireless' names. Everything is going wireless at an extremely fast rate...it has been for years. I believe right now there is a lot more info/buzz in 3d tv than ..say..."wireless tv" technology.. but there is a lot more potential for wireless products in general (other than the already cell phones, internet, etc) than 3d products in the long haul. JMO..

interesting observation. i only started looking at this a week or so ago, but suddenly 3d feels old hat (and overhyped, not to mentioned picked over) to me. already registered a handful in this niche and looking at a couple more.

    *

    RealtimeIn3d.com
    3dInRealtime.com

    That's all for now.

Hand regs seemed picked over, and the aftermarket a bit too rich at the moment.

I'll go with Brads observation since he actually sells domains for good dollars and has experience.
With that many 3d names already registered, it will be a battle to get top ranking for your domain.
That is why I bought one and in a totally different extension. I have a website up and running for it though.

I also agree with Brad. He knows his stuff.

Yes , you can flip domains like 3Dpotato.com for a few dollars to a newbie who doesn't understand the value of domains. But the domain will never have real value, and will be dropped by the newbie when he realises it was a mistake to buy it.

Having said that  here is my new hand reg.

    3Dpastimes. com :bingo:
