Anyone else having problems adding domains on ND?

I'm trying to add a couple of .in's and keep getting these error messages:

real fid:
at this point the working folder id should be established both in script and db: 6

Database Error

There has been an error accessing the database server

I'll try again in a while, I was just wondering if this was site wide or just me and my .in's.
