Luxembourg has 626k inhabitants, I don't think there's much inherent value in .lu domains.
I have plus.lu and I picked up a few LL domains but I don't have any real hopes for selling.

Re 1-char, they've all been auctioned off before general availability, as were all the best LL ones.
Maybe some 1-char IDNs are still available.
